What should I do if I have a warranty concern?
All wheels and tires include a full manufacturer’s warranty, with warranty claim costs covered at our discretion for the first 30 days after delivery.
If you have a warranty concern with your ARKON OFF-ROAD wheels or tires, start at our Warranty Submission Center where you can file either a wheel or tire warranty claim.
For manufacturing defects that developed over time, use the warranty claim process. If your order arrived with damage, reach out via our contact page to start a damage claim. Note that warranty claims are only accepted for items purchased directly from ARKON OFF-ROAD and are limited to the original purchaser. Any local repairs may void the warranty.
